EASY, FRESH AND HEALTHY


For lunch I really like to eat something with many vegetables. Lastly I realized how fit and awake I am in the afternoon when I eat a meal which is loaded with veggies. And yes of course, salads are included. But salads don't have to be just greens with dressing, you can add whatever you want to your salad: carbs like quinoa, nuts and seeds like roasted sunflower seeds and good fats like an avocado. With this composition it fills you up and helps you stay awake!
